Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps
The 2009 Annual Meeting for the Association of NROTC Colleges and Universities will be held October 22-24, 2009 in Columbia, SC. Navy Day plans include a trip to the Navy Nuclear Power School, and historic Fort Sumter. The University of South Carolina will serve as our host for the Saturday evening dinner on their campus. The Hilton Columbia Center will be the site for Saturday’s meeting, as well as our hotel room block. Reservations can be made by calling (803) 744-7800, 1-800-HILTONS, or online. The 2008 Annual Meeting of the Association of NROTC Colleges and Universities was held October 23-25 at the Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach, Fl. Embry-Riddle representative Michael Hickey planned a VIP tour at the Kennedy Space Center for Navy Day. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University served as the host for Saturday evening’s dinner and was followed by a tour of campus.
